If anybody caves, I'd love some more details. What are the workouts like? How long? I normally don't do well with programs that require "mental fortitude" because one step beyond that is dread. As soon as I dread my workouts I'm done. The last 3 or 4 I've done have been really fun - Lauren Brooks, System Six, Venus Index 1 &2, Action Hero Babe, probably something I'm forgetting. I like to feel challenged but not beaten down. It's a fine line.
But of course I caved. I received her email this morning and headed straight for the buy page. I haven't had time to look at it though because I had to head out the door for work. I'll report back later after I've had a chance to look at it. Stay tuned.
