I LOVED her first book when I read it and when I re-read it recently. I haven't read it since my foray into IE and body positivity/HAES so I'm not sure if I'd still love it now. My big focus now is more on eating (and exercising) because it feels good without my weight being a part of that. I am so sick of fighting my body to be LESS and I'm tired of dieting. I also want to be a healthy role model for my kids and I don't want them focusing on weight or being less.
