Thanks for digging out the old faithful WDYET! I am hungry for most of my meals - the weak spot for me is that I often eat dessert or sweets or supper after dinner when I am definitely not hungry for it. I am working on this - mostly over time, the instances of when this happens are reducing because I just do not feel good when I overeat in the evening and I pay for it the next day. So my behaviours are slowly changing over time - and not because of any weight or body motivation - amazing!
Yesterday though, I listened to my hunger and fullness signals and just had a cup of tea after dinner - I ate late and truely didn't feel like anything else. It is mostly on the weekends that I want to keep eating after dinner - still have that celebratory mindset - I am working on it though.
Here is yesterday (although it's not that exciting - a pretty typical working day):
B/ Roast sweet potato with spinach and cottage cheese + coffee
L/ Salad with roast pumpkin, avo, heaps of other veg, tuna, mustard + a jelly snake that a co-worker gave me
D/ Frittata with mushrooms, cheese, bacon, corn, spinach + a side salad + a cup of tea
ETA - just re-read my post.... upon reflection, perhaps there is still a bit of unconscious undereating going on during the week and those 1-2 occasions each week that I overeat are due to a mental and physical need to make up the calories? Ha this may just be a convenient excuse though...
