Anyone read E-Squared? It's not necessarily a weight loss or diet book - it's along the same lines as The Secret.
Anyway, it was cheap on Amazon, so I bought it to read the chapter called "the Jenny Craig principle". It's basically an experiment to "think yourself thinner" in 3 days using the power of the universe...dun dun dun.
She mentions in this chapter that some yoga guy named Alan Finger lost 100 pounds in a month when he was a teenager by using some breathing techniques that his dad learned. Apparently it is written about in the Breathing Space book (Katrina Repka).
I've never heard of this - obviously sounds like a load of crap, but I was just curious if anyone else heard this?
