No matter what day it is, I'm eating delicious meals when physically hungry, and by delicious, I mean really delicious, not ok, or low-cal, or what I "should" eat, but my very favorite full-fat, full-flavor, totally satisfying, real foods at every meal. That's how I found my off switch. I eat lunch and then I don't get hungry or think about food again for 6-7 hours. That never happened one time when I was eating egg whites and protein bars. Now it's an every day occurrence.
