    Self-Trust and “Normal” Eating

    Self-trust is awesome. The thing to remember is that it's created through practice. It's not something you either have or you don't. People who seem to have a lot of it have just practiced it more so there's less uncertainty. Try not to put too much pressure on yourself to eat like others who seem "normal." The truth is, none of us are. We all have our quirks and preferences. It's just a matter of whether we embrace those and honor them (true self-trust), or whether we're trying to do what others deem acceptable even if it doesn't work for us or is not what we want.
