Here is my former nemesis, the hunger and fullness scale from Intuitive Eating. Please share your initial and/or current reaction to this thing. Years ago, it used to make me so mad! Only because I was an obsessive nut about it. I tried to use it as my strict new hunger and fullness diet plan. I blamed the chart itself for my craziness, and for intuitive eating not "working."
Now? It sure looks way less threatening. Maybe they revised it somehow. I don't remember getting a little too full as being "neutral" before. In my mind that was catastrophic failure. Now, I see that even eating until you feel like you're going to blow up is just "unpleasant" not a crisis.
