That made me laugh because it's so true! I think about how I slept when restricting. There was insomnia, anxiety, ice cold feet, muscle cramps, gnawing hunger in the middle of the night, having to pee every 10 minutes from drinking so much water. I'd be freakishly alert from eating a high-protein, no-carb meal right before bed. Mentally and physically, I feel a million times better eating pizza and sandwiches. I'm also 10-15 pounds lighter and I sleep like I've been hit with a tranquilizer dart.
