Let's talk ZGYM workouts from .
Yesterday, I did Lifted Butt Series #8, which is ladders. I hate ladders, so I did the buy-in and one round. Today, I'm trying to frantically rebuild a website, so I don't know if the new Black Diamond will be happening, but I look forward to it eventually.
I am so happy that I was approved and that I can post in here now! I was going crazy without my Happy Eaters fix each day. It was neat to see what a true community we have here, though—that was made evident to me by how much I missed everyone and felt incomplete without reading posts, writing posts, etc.
On Monday, I did a Beginner Kettlebell workout (I'm pretty sure it was #4). It was actually quite intense (but fun)!
Yesterday, I did the new Black Diamond workout. It was fun, too.
Today, I did Power Yoga #47. It has tons of great core work. I marked it as a favorite.
I would wake up every morning and wonder what workout you'd done, Tonya! It was so sad when we couldn't talk. I'm glad we're back!
I did the new Black Diamond #12 this morning. It was so fun! I loved the Santana knee tuck / plank jack / push-up combo. I've missed that series.
I felt the same way, @skwigg! I love coming to this thread each day and seeing what workouts you've (and others) have done, what modifications you made, etc. It gives me great ideas AND makes ZGYM even more fun! With the site down, it just didn't feel right.
I just finished the new Kettlebell Fit Slide Beginners #12. I used my 12kg KB and went at a faster pace than Z at certain parts to increase the challenge a bit for me. I did more mountain climbers at a quicker pace. I didn't need the breaks during the plank slides/plank jacks (I also added push ups to those), so I added in about 25-30 one-arm alternating swings while Z finished up. I know it's an AMRAP, so I could have just went faster than her and did more reps/rounds...but I like staying with her; it makes it more fun for me!
I love staying with her too, @Tonya. I almost never take off and leave her behind, but I will do more reps or extra stuff until time to switch.
I saw the new slider workout, but my toes are really never onboard with doing those. I did one round of 300 Killer Rep #1 instead. I really like that one. The knee hug / legs extended side crunch is my favorite combo. The side plank / knee tuck / leg lift is pretty fun too.
I just finished Stretch and Tone #35 (it comes up later in the week's schedule). I've done it before, but it's been awhile. I really enjoyed the punching moves (as always)!
This morning I did chin-ups to failure (3 reps today☺️) and then 5 Minute #121 Abs.
Good morning! Glad I found you guys again! I am back in love with Zuzka in the mornings.
I did 15 Minute Fat Burn #2 this morning in a completely distracted and half-assed manner thanks to Cooper's involvement. It was fun! I still really love that format.

I took a rest day yesterday, and then today I did JRC KB #4. It is a twelve-minute AMRAP, but I went a little longer to finish two rounds. I love that series!
