I just finished KB #13. I have always liked that one because it's one round—so lots of variety. It's twelve minutes, but I repeated the last few moves to make it about fifteen because I wanted more skull crushers and windmills in my life. 😊 I added overhead presses to the skull crushers. I used a mix of my 12kg and 16kg bells, depending on the move. It was fun! I wanted to soak up time with my KBs before we travel.
I did a really old one today, Power Yoga #3. I love some of the old workouts for their simplicity. They're basic and challenging, nothing fancy. This one had basic flow, some squats and lunges, tree pose, plow. I especially liked the rocking boat pose.
Today, I did KB #9 X. I've always loved that one because the buy-in includes handstands...And then you get to do lots of fun KB moves, too. I used a mix of my 12kg and 16kg bells.
Choosing my workout today, I either wanted to hold onto a bar and point my toes, or lie down on a mat. I checked out this week's Legs Like a Dancer. It was 52 minutes long. Mat abs it is! LOL I did 5 Minute #121 - Abs. Its a super favorite. No cardio, no jumping, no burpees, no standing up, just abs.
I love monkey push-ups, too, [@skwigg]! I'm going to have to remember to go back to that five minute workout. 😊
It's definitely a fun one [@Mottainai]! I think you'll enjoy it, and you can definitely modify when needed. I especially love the hip flexor stretch against the wall.
Today, I did Stretch and Tone #70. It was nice overall. I liked the frogger combo on the ball.
Today I did the Beginner KB Workout #7 from yesterday’s schedule, two rounds. I left out the Windmills though. My back and hips just don’t like those at all.
I scrolled through the Flexible Strength video you did, Tonya, and I really want to try it, when I have a chance to warm up and go slow. I’d love to have the flexibility + strength to do those kind of moves - eventual goals! Those archer squats are crazy. I can’t do it even without a kettlebell in hand.
That one sound fun, [@skwigg]!
Yesterday, I did Flexible Strength #6 X. I modified down by taking out the flip on the wheel pose and doing regular handstands. I also still can't go low like Z on archer squats. I think my legs just don't bend that way, lol.
Today, I wanted to do lots of things and couldn't pick. So, I did 8 Minute Tabata #10 X followed by two rounds of Beginner Strength # 19. So many fun moves! I loved it all.
This morning I did 5 Minute #22. It's an old but fun one. I picked the number randomly but went with it because I wanted to know what "Bicycle in Boat" was. It was awesome! A bicycle crunch where your shoulders never touch the ground.
I did 12 Minute Body #21 today too. Loved it! That was really creative and fun. The monkey push-ups jumpy things were awesome, the up dog push-ups to down dog, the hollow hip lift to boat pose, the jackknives. Reverse burpees to spit jump were my least favorite too, but even they were great. I marked it a favorite.
I just finished the new 12 Minute Body #21. It had tons of fun moves! I kept with Z's pace. Then, when she finished, I added on the final two core exercises because I really enjoyed them. I did not tack on more of the reverse burpees, though, because they were my least favorite move.
@Tonya How are you finding these new workouts that aren't in the schedule? She has #20 down for Tuesday the 18th but I searched for #21 and there it was! I'm so excited. I'll do that one instead in the morning. Wait! I just saw what you said above about looking at the videos below the schedule. It's weird that they're finished and uploaded but not scheduled.
What's even weirder, @skwigg, is that when I looked at the site earlier this morning, it was on the weekly schedule. However, now, after reading your post, I went back to look and it's not on there (like you said). I know for sure it was on the schedule earlier because I clicked through all three schedules to see which workouts were new this week (as I often like to do ☺️)—and it was there! It shows up in the videos underneath still, though. So weird.
At any rate, I plan on doing it tomorrow, too. The moves look fun!
I'm looking forward to trying the new 12 Minute Body #21 soon. However, I felt like moving weights today, so I jumped ahead and did Beginner KB #7. It was great! I love KB windmills. I used my 16kg on the swings and my 12kg on everything else. I also did full/regular bird dogs.
I really want to do the 300 Rep Killer Workout, lol. I doubt I’ll ever get a chance, but maybe I’ll try to at least break it up and do the exercises throughout the day, even though that defeats the purpose of being killer a little.
I did 5 Minute Workout #32 - Abs today. Instead of 40 second sets I only did 20 seconds of the exercises though, and took a break in the middle to do squats. It was fun!
[@skwigg], I hadn't realized it wasn't in the schedule! I just saw it in the videos underneath (while still clicked on the advanced schedule above) and was like: Oooo, new workout! 🤗 I'm glad you enjoyed it, too.
The new schedule should be out in my timezone, but it's not. It could be due to Z's unexpected illness. There were still things on last week's schedules that I hadn't done in awhile. I went with JRC #15. It's a fun Tabata with lots of core work. I love Tabata.
I just did Upper Body & Abs Basics #8 because I copied @Tonya. I didn't actually see that one on the schedule this week. Zuzka has #6 on the schedule, but I'm glad I got to do the super secret new one because it was awesome! I marked it a favorite.
I worked out in the kitchen today. It's terrifying to set heavy pieces of iron on a ceramic tile floor. I was very careful to pick them up and set them down gently. Next time I think I'll bring a towel or a throw rug so I don't accidentally chip something.
Wow! That's horrible. I'm so glad she's okay. A fever of that magnitude is no joke.
Yesterday, I did Stretch and Tone #55. The beginning wasn't my favorite, but then it got better, and I enjoyed it.
I just finished the new Upper Body & Abs Basics #8. It was nice! I used 5kg dumbbells and a 12kg KB. I also did regular mountain climbers. I finished with handstand shoulder taps and did the stretching video that goes with several of the Inferno workouts.

I'm back at work now. Every day has been so busy!
Yesterday, I did one quick set each of pull-ups, push-ups, squats, and single-leg deadlifts.
Today, I went with another fun old workout, 5 Minute #23. Monkey push-ups are my new favorite goofy move.

I did 100 moderate reps of 300 Killer Rep # 2 X. One round was plenty, and I kept the pace pretty chill.

@skwigg I was actually just coming to post that about Z. She made a post on Facebook as well. Super scary. Glad she's okay.
