I did the new Bodyweight Beginner #20 today. It was great. I marked it a favorite. A couple people in the comments did it with ankle weights. I tried that for the first round and loved it on the side crunches. WOW! FIRE! But they really didn't add anything to the rest of the workout so I dropped them for the second round. I did full push-ups on the beginner burpees but otherwise did it as written at Zuzka's very moderate pace. It was perfect today.
My abs are so sore from yesterday's Inferno workout that it hurts to grate cheese. I thought that was pretty awesome. LOL
I didn't have much time this morning but I did just the opening flow from Power Yoga #34, once on each side. It was nice. That one is a favorite of mine too @Tonya.
I just finished Power Yoga #34. I already had that one marked as a favorite from before. I tend to have tight hamstrings, and it does a great job of stretching them out!
I didn’t have time to workout a few days, but today I did the 5 minute workout #82, but instead of timing I just did like 10 or 20 reps of each exercise twice (because timer or video is loud and baby was asleep across the room!). First time I worked up a sweat.
I’ve still practiced the push-up/heel-tap move every day too. Haven’t been able to do a plank pose for a long time, so I’m working my strength in that back up.
I will save that Tabata #10 for my next workout!
I went with Upper Body & Abs Inferno #1 X this morning. I did the 12ish minute workout portion and then first two stretches - counter stretch and down dog dynamic stretch. It all felt pretty fabulous.
I did Heartbreaker Body #6 today. It's a really fun 12 minute dumbbell and power band workout, mostly glutes. I laughed all the way through the star jumps.
Today I practiced the push-up/heel touch moves from a workout earlier this week and then loosely followed the Stretch & Tone #20, because I am still sore all over.
I wasn't really feeling a formal workout today. I did some push-ups, pull-ups, and hanging abs. The first pull-up nearly killed me. I normally do them every day but I realized I hadn't done any for a week or more. It's funny how quickly I notice a difference if I haven't been practicing.
I did bits and pieces of the Bodyweight Beginners from yesterday again. I’m going to look up that 5 Minute kettlebell one.
I first attempted the advanced workout in the schedule. It’s now clear I am not advanced, lol. In my mind I am still as lithe and strong as Zuzka. In reality, I’ve maintained a lot of general strength, but I have very little flexibility, springiness, and any exercise-specific strength or agility. Pregnant lump to non-pregnant less-of-a-lump. That only makes me feel excited to improve, though!
I did Bodyweight Beginners #13, but not properly, just went through the exercises and did 10 or so of each. My entire body is DOMS after yesterday, lol.
I just finished Body Crush #24 - Abs. It's a 10 minute AMRAP. I did commando push-ups instead of plank jack transformers because they sounded more fun.
Yay! I'm glad you're back, [@Mottainai]! 💖
Yesterday, I did the new Stretch and Tone Cardio #20. It had a great mix of moves. I still can't do flying pigeon...but I had fun!
Like [@Mottainai], I did the new KB For Slide Beginner workout today. I used my 12kg bell on everything except the last move (I stuck with 8kg on that). I also moved more quickly on the plank moves, so I practiced handstands against a wall while waiting. It was fun!
I did 5 Minute #47 this morning, a bikini abs workout. Quick and easy!

I did Black Diamond #1 today. It had been awhile since I'd done it, and I'd forgotten how intense it is. I loved it, though! 💗
I did the new 8 Minute Tabata #10 X too @Tonya . I agree, not an X, but I loved it and marked it a favorite. Lots of abs!
I just finished the new 8 Minute Tabata #10 X. It wasn't an X for me, but it was lots of fun! I marked it a favorite.
Oh, and I did some handstands, back bends, and pull-ups today so I don't lose my circus mojo.
I did Heartbreaker Body #6 today. It's a really fun 12 minute dumbbell and power band workout, mostly glutes. I laughed all the way through the star jumps.
I just finished Body Crush #24 - Abs. I followed it up with two handstands...and stretching, of course. It was nice!

Things have been busy on my end. I took [@skwigg]'s lead and did five minute #82 today. It was just what I needed!
