I recently discovered this channel on Youtube. He's like the male version of Zuzka, hahaha.
His workouts are no joke! The ones we've tried so far have been very intense (since rest is none to minimal) and will definitely kick your butt. I thought about sharing his channel since it's still very small and I would like him to keep churning KB workouts.
BTW if you're concerned about his form, it's excellent and his workouts are usually the push/pull/squat/hinge variety. I think he's legit.
Jason and Lauren (formerly StrongFirst team leaders, don't know if they still are since they seem to have pivoted to growing their online business) are also good if you're looking for more mellowed down workouts.

I really liked this easy double kettlebell workout. It went something like: Farmer’s walk / deadlifts Rack hold carry / bent over rows Farmer’s walk / walking lunges Rack hold carry / push-ups You could actually do it with dumbbells. I just finished this Pavel HIIT workout that was nothing but squats and snatches. I feel like I’m floating. LOL It was great though! He wore a weighted vest and used a heavy kettlebell. I did body weight squats and kept it light on the snatches since there were SO many reps and I haven’t been doing them lately. It was great cardio. I haven’t tried any of his WOs yet but his form seems legit too. He also does HIIT/EMOM stuff although some of his stuff are longer (~40 mins).

As fate would have it, I was standing here in my workout clothes trying to decide what to do today when I read your post. I was already thinking some kind of kettlebell cardio, so male Zuzka was perfect. I love that he didn’t talk during the workout itself. The screen shows the exercises and the timer. The music starts and you just go. I guess that’s not great if you need instructions and modifications, but I loved it. I went at my own pace, not even trying to keep up with him. So, it was ass-kicking in a fun way, not in a puke and die way. I will definitely do more of these! I can’t wait to check out Jason and Lauren too.
