    Quick kettlebell workouts

    I recently discovered this channel on Youtube. He's like the male version of Zuzka, hahaha.

We will have lots of fun with challenging workouts, such as HIIT, body weight only, dumbbells/kettlebells , core & abs workouts and many more! I am a Certified Personal Trainer with over 10 years of experience and very passionate about health and helping people on their fitness journey.

    His workouts are no joke! The ones we've tried so far have been very intense (since rest is none to minimal) and will definitely kick your butt. I thought about sharing his channel since it's still very small and I would like him to keep churning KB workouts.


    BTW if you're concerned about his form, it's excellent and his workouts are usually the push/pull/squat/hinge variety. I think he's legit.


    Jason and Lauren (formerly StrongFirst team leaders, don't know if they still are since they seem to have pivoted to growing their online business) are also good if you're looking for more mellowed down workouts.

    As fate would have it, I was standing here in my workout clothes trying to decide what to do today when I read your post. I was already thinking some kind of kettlebell cardio, so male Zuzka was perfect. I love that he didn’t talk during the workout itself. The screen shows the exercises and the timer. The music starts and you just go. I guess that’s not great if you need instructions and modifications, but I loved it. I went at my own pace, not even trying to keep up with him. So, it was ass-kicking in a fun way, not in a puke and die way. I will definitely do more of these! I can’t wait to check out Jason and Lauren too.     Glad you enjoyed it! We did that workout last week but I swapped the order of squats and pushups since I’m a wimp lol. We managed to finish it though! We did his 15 min lower body WO last night and that was a burner. It’s a 40:20 HIIT. My legs def felt it. https://youtu.be/vIIpiy2Ju0o

    I haven’t tried any of his WOs yet but his form seems legit too. He also does HIIT/EMOM stuff although some of his stuff are longer (~40 mins).

    I just finished this Pavel HIIT workout that was nothing but squats and snatches. I feel like I’m floating. LOL It was great though! He wore a weighted vest and used a heavy kettlebell. I did body weight squats and kept it light on the snatches since there were SO many reps and I haven’t been doing them lately. It was great cardio.     I really liked this easy double kettlebell workout. It went something like: Farmer’s walk / deadlifts Rack hold carry / bent over rows Farmer’s walk / walking lunges Rack hold carry / push-ups You could actually do it with dumbbells. I was tired from a late night at work and liked the chill pace and rest. I used pretty light kettlebells too. https://youtu.be/9mw3Naf4adc
