Very interesting! Some of my answers really surprised - others not :). I am really happy how much more content I am being me. I am not surprised my emotions are little ... stormy and I can manage them better.
Sounds like a great concept for a book, Georgie! Congratulations, and I look forward to reading. Also I love quizzes, haha.I marked quite a yesses on the body insecurity and rest portions, and the meals of all snacks, but I can attribute a lot of those to inevitable consequences of little kids around, lol. This sounds like a perfect book for me over the next few years as I take back my life and body a little more. :)
Georgie, this is such a fascinating topic! Of course it's ok to share here. I'm hesitant to take the survey myself because my answer to every question except one is no. Will that hurt your data? Maybe I should stay out of it. 😄
I think a book like this is definitely needed. I'd have said yes to nearly every question when all of my food/fitness decisions were based on losing weight or a fear of weight gain.
Interesting! I’m doing pretty good on pleasure and rest. The others I’m all over the place but more no’s than yes’s if I’d taken this even a year ago.

Looking forward finding out more
