Hi HE peeps. We used to have this thread and I thought it would be nice to create here so we can celebrate our small wins because they add up to BIG wins over time. Only those who have our experience with disordered eating can appreciate the significance of these seemingly small things... Let's congratulate each other! My resting heart rate has dropped from 88 to 61 in the last 6 months! 💪🏋️♀️
I GOT OUT OF MY SPORTS BRA ALL BY MYSELF!!! Which doesn't sound significant unless you've had a shoulder injury that's kept you from doing that for almost a month. I feel invincible right now! LOL
Also, I've been eating hoagie buns all week. Not wraps, not pitas, not sandwich thins, or other low-cal bread alternatives, giant, delicious, white bread buns. 😋👍
