I finally gave in and made another account for my laptop. 😑

Alright, in case of emergency, I have created my account double, skwiggs.

I wish I could do more to help with the login problems. I used to be able to reset passwords, confirm email addresses, edit profile settings, all kinds of stuff. Here, it's between the user and the host. I have no access at all, which is good for privacy and security but terrible if you get locked out. Which reminds me, I'm going to go create a second account right now and make second me a moderator.

I also still can't log in on my laptop. Like [@sarah], it happened once I got set up on the app. I'm glad I can get on the app because I love it, BUT not being able to type things on my laptop keeps me from posting as much as I would otherwise. I've given up on figuring out how to fix it, though.

I was never able to get back into the website after I logged into the app. I ended up creating another login with a different email for the website. I’m “Sarah” and also “Sarah too”

What’s weirder is that I originally signed up to “log in using google” and it seems to be still connecting that way on the app. But when I try to log in on the website, it doesn’t give me that option.

I can’t get in on the web and I changed my password twice (and then entered it correctly.) so odd!

The password reset just sends me back to the old site. So I guess I’m on the app until further notice. Lol Not a terrible thing.

I’ll try again later today when I’m at a computer.

Funny story, I woke up this morning and was locked out on my laptop. I'm back in now. The problem in my case was the domain situation. Your happyeaters.net login is now the one you used for the skwigg.wixsite.com//happyeaters login, not the one you probably have saved for happy eaters. Email links work now. So, I'm curious if a password reset email would work. Somebody try it and let me know.

I'm sorry it happened to you, too, [@sarah]! I still can't get on the laptop. It definitely seemed tied to when I got in the app, too—as if one cancelled out the other.

Same thing happened to me as Tonya. Now that I’m on the app I can’t log into the desktop version. Tried on computer and iPad. I’d prefer to stick with the app if it’s either/or, however I think I need to log into the desktop to turn off the emails.

I got the app to work, yay!

I'm having the opposite situation. I can log in on my laptop, but the app never worked for me. Maybe I'll try it again.

I just tried deleting the cookies, but that didn't work either. So thankful for the app!

Try finding the wixsite.com cookie and deleting it. Corrupt cookies can cause mayhem. I’m sure you’ve checked the caps lock already. Another one I’ve had before is that pasting a password or code cuts off characters. So you think you’re going insane. “I pasted it! How could it be wrong?” But then I type it out and it works. I’ll keep searching for other answers.
