Hi Hayley, I think it was BFL for women forum but I am not for certain, it was so long ago. She blogged these long stories that were really exciting and interesting and full of her boyfriend or husband and driving around the coast. She posted that she won a transformation contest and gave us insight into competing, transforming, losing fat, etc. One day a person met up with her or found her in real life and commented how she was a fake, she hadn't competed nor had she won a transformation contest, it was crazy. Everyone was very upset and mean to her-it was the first time I witnessed bullying and name calling through a keyboard. I remember Tony from Dreambodies. Another blogger and still friend, Stacy, followed him and he guided her to a bodybuilding competition, competing in Figure. She won and all of sudden everyone one hiring Tony to get them in competition shape. I remember Stacy eating 1000 calories a day and never over 50 grams of carbs. She sent many many people to him and he probably made a lot of money from her referrals. I'm so relived we have grown and are so far away from all of that. Whew!

Yes, they all seemed reasonable at the time! It's so crazy and sad and warped. I just googled Leanness Lifestyle. The owner is still at it, only now he has changed it's name to Leanness Lifestyle UNIVERSITY. I even went to Chicago to watch one of the members compete in a BB show in 2008. We tracked all of our morsels and worked out and became dehydrated and dizzy all weekend long. Egads. I was resistant to yoga and meditation, too. Until I couldn't run then I was open to anything. It was a blessing.

I began to bake Christmas cookies, pies and lefse over the weekend. Note the large misshapen kisses in the front. I ran out of kisses and had to make a few of my own. Of course my melted chocolate chi/butter kisses are quite a bit larger!

OMG, he is too cute!! I bet he was wildly frolicking in that snow. Hurray!!

Lovely new site, skwigg! I still find myself having a thought such as 'shouldn't drink so much water this late, the scale will be high tomorrow' then I remember I am no longer weighing myself every day and yes, liquids weigh something and so what that is crazy obsessive diet thinking and change the thought to 'will I be up peeing all night long?' that makes so much more sense!
