I always have a cup of coffee. If I’m running or going to the KB gym that’s it until after I workout. Then I eat fruit first and then whatever else I’m having which varies a lot these days. Then I have another coffee (which is mostly decaf these days.) If I’m not working out in the morning it’s still the same order coffee, fruit, main item, coffee.

Yep I love how it’s a two part solution and both are equally important - dismiss the urges AND eat adequately. I’ve been eating adequately for awhile now but when I was restricting I don’t think I would’ve have the ability to dismiss the urges.

I’m really looking forward to working my way through all the episodes....I’ve listened to two and I think there are 40+! Mott I’ve read your posts about BoB and it just seemed too easy. I didn’t get it until I really heard it myself. You’re exactly right it’s revolutionary! And I appreciate all your posts about it because otherwise I probably wouldn’t have ever gotten around to looking into it myself otherwise.

Interesting! I’m doing pretty good on pleasure and rest. The others I’m all over the place but more no’s than yes’s if I’d taken this even a year ago.

The password reset just sends me back to the old site. So I guess I’m on the app until further notice. Lol Not a terrible thing.

Same thing happened to me as Tonya. Now that I’m on the app I can’t log into the desktop version. Tried on computer and iPad. I’d prefer to stick with the app if it’s either/or, however I think I need to log into the desktop to turn off the emails.

Just had a chance to log in today and see the new website? What's going to happen to our journals over there? I kind of feel weird about it just hanging out without me adding to it any longer. Is there an easy way to delete it? Or is there the possibility it might be transferred over here? If not I'll probably want to delete mine.
