Hi, everyone! It's been awhile. To old friends: I've missed you and truly think about you all the time! To new friends: I can't wait to get to know you! I still enjoy a good Zuzka workout once a week or so, but the bulk of my workouts these days have been more Pilates-inspired courtesy of Move with Nicole. Her workouts are free, and I love them! My core and upper body have never been stronger (and this is saying a lot when it comes to my arm muscles as historically they were difficult for me to build), and my lower body has maintained great strength. I find the workouts relaxing and challenging at the same time, and my body just feels overall GOOD. :) Let me know if you check out any of her workouts!

In Site Stuff
I'm still able to access the site on my phone through the app, but it logged me out on my laptop. When I try to log back in, it tells me my password is incorrect (even though it definitely isn't). I tried resetting my password and it sends me an email that directs me to the old site's home page. Any ideas?
