Something that helped me be more flexible with meals was not tying them to the same times every day. I normally eat 3-4 meals but space and size them differently depending on the food, day, or social situation. Early on, I was a little too attached to having my food at the right time. It’s actually pretty fun to eat someone else’s food at the wrong time, or to shake up your own pattern a bit to see what you like versus what you always eat at noon.
