It's been awhile. To old friends: I've missed you and truly think about you all the time! To new friends: I can't wait to get to know you!
I still enjoy a good Zuzka workout once a week or so, but the bulk of my workouts these days have been more Pilates-inspired courtesy of Move with Nicole. Her workouts are free, and I love them! My core and upper body have never been stronger (and this is saying a lot when it comes to my arm muscles as historically they were difficult for me to build), and my lower body has maintained great strength. I find the workouts relaxing and challenging at the same time, and my body just feels overall GOOD. :)
