I have cancelled ZGym and did my own thing for a while. I’m back at it though. If I am not feeling it I will cancel and take a couple months off. But I enjoy it and it’s cheap so I’m back. :) It was especially helpful to cancel during the beginning of this year. My mom passed away and then my dad not too long after. I didn’t feel like doing anything but stretching.

Today I did Cardio Shred 43. I blew Z outta the water and that felt really good. I will probably take a hiatus from here and other stuff online for a while but I will still be doing my ZGym workouts. I am just burnt out on things lately and need to recharge. Take care friends. 😊

8 min tabata 14 for me today, which was on the schedule. It's a favorite! My hands hurt though from all them snatches :( Yesterday I did Lifted Butt on the schedule also. Feeling pretty good today and ready for the weekend!

I didn’t have time for a workout yesterday and today nothing looked fun on the schedule. So I just made up my own. Pushups, pull ups, squats, archer squats, plank hold, handstand hold, kettlebell presses.

Upper Body and Abs Inferno 4 for me today. Was short and I did my own stretches at the end. Feeling tired this morning.

I did 8 min tabata 12. It was a nice workout and it left me out of breath. Glad for spring weather today. 😀

Killer Legs 14 for me. Super fun with the kicks. I just cut out the heel raises and anything on toes. Those things always hurt my knees.

Yesterday I did the Upper Body Basics for beginners and did regular push ups. I really enjoyed that. Today I did Jump Rope 14 off of the advanced schedule. It felt pretty good but I stopped the rounds a little bit sooner than Z did because lately I’m feeling toasted and stressed. My mom passed away in January, my husband broke and dislocated his arm, so I have more responsibility with finances and day to day life, and my dog is nearing his final days with us. Husband has surgery on his arm tomorrow. My life sounds like a bad country song lately. We had an emergency vet visit this weekend and just lately I’ve been feeling drained. I am thankful for the beginner schedule because sometimes I want to move but I’m already cooked emotionally that I don’t want to push too hard. I am thankful I recognize this now, as before I would push myself anyway and end up worse off. I’m a bundle of nerves lately and I hope it gets better. Sometimes it feels like life spirals out of control, and all I can do is hold on for dear life until it passes.

This morning was Lifted Butt 23 but just one round. I was toast and didn’t want to be sore tomorrow. Zuzka is a beast doing two rounds.

I did two rounds of Beginner Strength 11 today. I am short on time and didn't feel like doing a crazy 300 Repper today. It was nice. Going to stretch and head out for the day. :)
