A couple months ago I found a really great app you can use to keep track of habit completions that I wanted to recommend. ThpIt’s called Streaks. I bought the paid version I think, but I find it really informative. You can make it so you mark each day/time you complete a good habit, or where you mark each time you miss one/do a bad habit. It will show you percentage completions over period of times and breakdowns by day of the week. And it also keeps track of “streaks” of completions, which is fun. It can also sync up to other apps and devices, so like I set it to check with my iPhone step counter to count when I make more than 10,000 steps in a day. I’ve downloaded about 4 or 5 habit apps, but I like the interface and data on this one the best. It’s really fun and rewarding to use. Thought I’d share and recommend it!
