    Antifragile

    in Mindset

    From skwigg's journal:

I love the idea of antifragile. If you're fragile, you're at the mercy of your mind, your mood, other people's comments. One wrong move and you shatter. You can't eat what you want or take care of yourself because this happened, or someone said that, or the weather today, or your schedule, or your boss... If you're fragile, everything needs to be just so or you're going to freakout and have a meltdown.

Being antifragile is the opposite. Whatever happens, you can roll with it, or let it roll off of you. I think antifragile may be closely associated with CTFO (chilling the fuck out). LOL
